Intake coordinator Kelly and transport coordinator Craig share how they’ve helped move more than 4,400 dogs to safety, organized 900+ transports in just the past year, and built a network of nearly 600 dedicated drivers. From cross-country rescue missions and emotional saves of mothers and puppies to the realities of shelter transformation, burnout, and hope, this conversation highlights the compassion, collaboration, and resilience behind every rescue journey.
